Welcome to the Whitby Electoral District home page. As a long-time resident of the Durham Region I have watched it grow into a thriving, diverse community. Recent events have had a huge impact on the health and well-being of residents. We’ve watched our freedoms quickly eroded without debate or due process. Freedom is fundamental to our lives and happiness and it begins with our personal declaration of freedom.
The People’s Union of Canada is a place for like-minded freedom-loving Canadians to find their community. Together we will find new ways forward from our present situation to a truly free and independent yet socially connected future. Here we will share ideas, linked by our shared declaration of freedom, uninhibited by the whims of experts and leaders both elected and unelected who have dictated the basic structure of our lives for decades. I welcome you to this collaborative, connected, community-based endeavor. I look forward to working with you and the millions of Canadians across the country yearning for true sovereignty and an enlightened society.
